    Good quality artwork is essential to avoid unnecessary charges and delays. To ensure you receive the highest quality print customisation, please review our artwork guidelines below. If you do not have the artwork in a format suitable for personalisation, we can convert your existing artwork to a suitable editable format (re-draw), at an additional cost. We will contact you and ask for confirmation prior to any work taking place.
    Vector CD, AI Files and EPS files for Personalised Printing

    CorelDraw or other vector and EPS files are the preferred files types for great artwork reproduction.

    Sending a screenshot or a jpeg image that you "found on the internet" is not artwork and will not be accepted.

    Please ensure you don't create a bitmap file and then save it as a CD, AI or EPS file. It will still retain the properties of a bitmap and would be unusable. We would need to re-draw the image to ensure it is in an editable format.
